To get a room for tomorrow or beyond: fill out the room request form.

Each morning James will schedule all the things for the day, email people their rooms, and post the schedule outside her office (107)

If you need a room for today: stop on by and write yourself on the paper schedule in the room you’d like.

Programs

For small concert and recital programs, send completed program template (Make sure to use updated template linked below) to Chelsey and specify whether or not you need them printed and the quantity. Deadline for those submissions is 2 weeks before the performance date. For large programs where you would like to work with production services please contact Chelsey.
