文凭 are mailed to the student's 'mailing' address listed in 校园连接. Should a diploma be returned for an insufficient address, the Office of 注册及记录 makes every attempt to obtain an updated address. When an updated address is not available, it is held in the Office of 注册及记录 for one year, after which time a student will need to order a diploma replacement.

In addition to the traditional paper diploma, graduates will receive an email and text notification with instructions for electronically claiming their digital diploma. Check NDSU email and text message for the notification and follow instructions provided.

  • Within 72 hours of email/text notification, students should confirm the paper diploma mailing address

A diploma replacement service is provided by the Office of 注册及记录 for individuals who need to replace a lost or destroyed diploma or may need an additional diploma. 更换费用为35美元.

Replacement diplomas are printed with the current template and administrators' signatures. Information printed on a diploma includes the preferred name on file, 学位类型, honors earned and conferral dates. 像这样, replacement or additional diplomas may not be an exact duplicate of the diploma originally issued.
